Measuring Experiential

Every consumer experience can be measured in a host of different ways. Traffik provides detailed reporting on all campaigns, with real time data collected in field and supplied to clients to enable maximisation of campaign effectiveness even during campaign implementation.
Traffik can self manage reporting of key consumer outcomes including reach, dwell time, cost per contact, cost per engagement.

Additional metrics associated with campaign extensions such as PR coverage, sales promotion impact or direct sales are also used to measure campaign effectiveness.

Traffik also works with client and independent consumer research agencies to develop tailored Consumer Research to understand the short and long term impact of experiential campaigns on brand understanding, purchase intention as well as likelihood to advocate the brand.
